I could not install anything because of the way my computer at work was configured. As a result, this assignment had to be put on hold until the Ryerson Systems guy (Simon) gave me the proper authority. I have downloaded the google toolbar. It's a great way to keep all my personalized web favourites in a central place.

Social Networking

I've had a Facebook account for over a year now. I think it's a great way to stay in touch with people you know, but can be time consuming.

I have always used google maps and it's something I will continuing using as long as there are new places to visit.

Google Earth is a wonderful tool. You can zoom into different landscapes or terrain from above using real-time technology.


Play Week: Technology Petting Zoo

All the gadgets at the play time petting zoo were very interesting. I love the Wii, but I will most likely buy the digital camera frame.

Library Thing

The Library Thing was the easiest assignment to do. It's a cool way to keep track of your books.
